Evolution: why would you believe in Darwin?
Creation: it, in the first place, has a better name than evolution. I mean, COME ON! evolution was in Pokemon.. and Pokemon is just plain GEY

After seeing many of your answers, I'm beginning to think that God is testing you. He's trying to see if you will be willing to follow you. Darwin is an example. God made him to test you people to see if you will be willing to keep in His tracks or follow his.

I believe creation. I also understand how very hard it is to believe something there is no proof for.

There is intelligent design everywhere. The probability of complex life simply coming about as the result of a "Big Bang" in outer space is like a bomb going off at a printing press and when the ashes settle, there is a brand new set of encyclopedias from A to Z sitting side by side. It is obsurd to think that all of the order and unity we witness in the Universe just came from chance. If you were walking on a trail through the woods and looked down and saw a wrist watch on the ground, you would not say," the elements came together and lightning struck this, and that happened, and the result of it all is this beautiful wrist watch". No, the obvious conclusion is that someone lost their watch. Now, lets say you pluck a leaf from a tree in the woods where you just found the watch. If you study the intricate design and cellular structure of that leaf under a microscope, you will find a much more complex item in your hand than the wrist watch. It does not make sense to me that the complexity ,harmony, beauty, and design in this universe is by chance. So the answer to your question is Creation by an intelligent being or God.

My own personal beliefs (and by the looks of it, shared by quite a few), is that all we see around us is "created"... in as much I do believe that there is some kind of grand plan... I don't know whether it's "God", or some crazy science experiment in a hyper-inteligent alien's science fair project... Who knows?!
What I do think is that there is a plan, and that it was set in motion deliberately. I also however believe in science... To some that seems a strange statement as for some it's either one or the other.
My ultimate belief is that "The creator" (whoever they are) designed the basic rules and principles for our universe... the laws of physics etc and then switched it all on... Think of it like a grand scale computer program... They wrote the code, then they executed it... It's still running to this day.
One thing is for certain, we are nowhere even close to the end of the story... I think those who asume that mankind in it's current state is "the pinacle" are somewhat deluded... We're constantly evolving and were still heading to our ultimate destination... I honestly can't believe that we will never get any better than we are now... And lets be fair, if mankind really is at it's pinnacle right now, how sad is it that we can't even get our own crap together and live with each other and the planet?! I really can't believe that any creator would deliberately design such a flawed species...

ah. I just had the longest conversation about this last night - allthough I was barely allowed to speak......f - cker.
I just live...but if we really have to go there... I would say evolution. I live in a jungle town and lately some Indigenous people have come out of the jungle into the town. Their blood has not yet been mixed with another race...and frankly speaking they kinda look like national geographic ''ape men''....
oh and the guy I was suposed to be ''discussing'' creation and evolution with was stumped for a second and then went on to say - oh well that's easy to explain.... the national geographic is diabolic.
That didn't explain anything.

they are the same thing...creation is ongoing...we observe it as evolution.
Even in just the past 7000 years or so, there is a ton of social evolution to observe...and cultural evolution...and economic evolution.
...it's all creation though...whether one presumes that there is a creator or not.
Is not growing closer in relationship with God a form of spiritual evolution?
they're totally the same thing creation and evolution...

Lookie here. Intelligent design... It looks like Creationism wearing a Guy Fawkes mask, a black trenchcoat and black fedora.
And uh, I believe in evolution.

There both kind of tied together no matter what you answer. I believe in evolution, however the coincidence is too unbelievable that it could all just happen and produce us. Earth, space.. all that had to come from somewhere.

Evolution has been established science for a century, and is now proven fact (details on request). Creationism is useless, as it can predict nothing.
