I live in whitstable and am looking to buy a beach hut in the Tankerton area, so you could sell it to me. How much is it?

Could you not place an ad in the local paper in Whitstable? Probably loads of people would be interested.

I thought that some of these properties were rare and sold like hot cakes when they came on the market. Have you tried putting an ad in the local paper (one of the Kentish Gazette/Express papers) which has a wide circulation throughout Kent?

I have seen buildings and things on ebay. Bad thing is that the price may not be what you are looking for.

On the other hand craigslist.com is a great classified site that is becoming very propular these days. Another great place is adlandpro ( www.gogreedy.com/adlandpro.html ) They are also a classified site online and are also free to use. Both of these sites do a very big turnover rate.

Hope this helps you! :)
