He knows that I like him but at the same time he is going out with this girl, and when he didn't have a girlfriend he gave me the signs he liked me. Even my friends thought he liked me. But now that he has a girlfriend he keeps staring at me when i just walk by his side. So can anybody give me advice of what i should do........?????????????

He could be making you jealous.
But seriously, don't get your hopes up too high. Some people just stare. They just do. I do, so I get a lot of stares back. Don't take it personally. No offense, just watch out.

they might attempt to have a "action picture 2d" with you. They see in the action pictures how a guy hangs with a woman and that they might start up kissing. don't experience like it rather is undesirable. It potential they are particularly involved in you, yet in basic terms know while they desire a one night stand or the real deal.

He has a wandering eye.. From personal experience, I'd get the thought of a relationship with him out of my mind, all because of him already being in one, unless you want to get yourself into problems. Try talking to him, you might become good friends or you might find out he's an ******.

there is nothing that you can do. if he knew you like him but he's in a relationship then evidently he wanted to pass you by. he may be feeling infatuation or regret that he did pass you by. if he really want you he will come after you.
