She even told me and my 6 other friends that she is only using him. But when we are around him she says she's not.

Do you know this for a fact, or are you just taking someone elses word for it? Honestly if this girl is just using him, then it will probably only be a matter of time before they break up anyways. I think that you should wait until they break up before you ask him out. This way, you don't get a rep for going after someone elses man. If he dumps his girlfriend to be with you over what you believe to be true, than he can very well do the same thing to you later on down the line. It is very frustrating when the guy you want is already taken. If you feel that you absolutely can't wait any longer to be with him, than have a face to face conversation with him and tell him what you know. If you have facts and or witnesses to back it up, tell him that stuff too. Wait and let him digest the information and decide what he wants to do. Do not force destiny. If you two are meant to be together you will be. Good luck with deciding which way to go. I know it is a tough decesion.

Did you ever think it might be you that she's trying to make jealous. Go for it do the guy and steal him away from her and see who turns green with envy.
