the guy i like was walking down the hall way towards me. I was leaning against a wall waiting to get into a class but the door was locked (and there were only like five people there yet)
we made eye contact for a really long time and then he got apprehensive and practically ran to the drinking fountain...where he stayed for a really long time.
When he was done, and looked at him and smiled, He knew i was there but couldnt make eye contact and blushed and started to talk to this random guy that he would never ever or has ever talked to.
does this mean he likes, me or is it the complete opposite.
was he just awkward about the previous situation (read my other question about him)

He likes you. The stereotypical guy you see in movies and television shows can always just go up to girls and ask them out without problem. We live in the real world. Sure there are guys who can just go up to girls without nerves getting in the way, but many a time those guys are only after thing and i think we all know what that is. Real guys who are looking for a possible blooming relationship often gt nervous around females whom they find attractive. Go up and talk to him, see what happens. Making first contact can sometimes ease the nerves of the other party.

he's embarrased that he ran into the fountain, and why were you both making eye contact for that long? he prolly thought you like him thats why he didnt make any more eye contact.
you prolly just caught him looking at you while you were looking at him, he prolly doesnt like you but he wont not like you, just go ahead and talk to him and ask. theres no harm in that
