Definitely do not call him.. and make him call twice before you answer him, if he ever gets around to doing it. Don't make him feel like you've been desperately waiting on it, as this is probably what he's wanting.. and try not feel that way either.

Words of unsolicited advice:

Do NOT start a brand new relationship with someone you really like by playing endless childish & immature games!!!

You wanna play hard to get?

Let me ask you why Samantha?

Ask yourself this question:

What do you have to gain by pretending you don't feel the same way about someone (in other words, by playing hard to get)?!?

Like I said, it's a sign of total emotional immaturity, if you ask me.

Why oh why do people insist on pretending they feel differently about someone or something when they obviously don't???

All they're succeeding in doing is delaying, and sometimes even preventing, what has the potential of being the most thrilling, exciting & joyful time of their lives with the future love of their lives or even their future husband or wife!

My personal suggestion to you:

Do not TELL a guy to call you, ASK him to call you!

If he wants to, he will, and that's a promise Samantha!

You could always ask him NICELY why he didn't call you, if you feel it is necessary & appropriate at such an early stage in your budding relationship.

Do NOT appear too aggressive though; guys don't usually like that in a girl.

By the way Sam, did he promise you he would call you over the weekend or what?

If he didn't promise you anything, be patient and stop worrying like this, for God' sake!!!

If he truly likes you, he will ask you out, I'm making you this promise right now Sam!!!

In the meantime, good luck to you & keep me posted!

P.S. Why don't you ask him for HIS phone number?!? What do you have to lose huh?

I would ask him why he didn't call...there could be a legit reason. If he gives you what you feel is a good reason, then give him another chance. If he gave you a bad reason, but seems really genuinely sorry, give him another chance. If he has a bad excuse and doesn't seem apologetic, find another guy.
