i would say no as due to an accident with a bad hairdresser a few years ago i was forced to dye my hair black i have olive skin and quite striking green eyes and although i got alot of compliments for the colour of my eyes with black hair the colour just looked harsh and although everybody tells you that you suit it ,it was not until i died it back blonde that everybody said they preferred me better blonde.So i would suggest a chocolate brown if i were u .
