They're not indians, they're mixed. But they're not "conveniently" claiming Native American ancestry, they have it. Sounds funny how in the US someone that is 25% indian can call himself indian but a Mexican that is, for example, 80% indian, can't call himself the same...

As far the indians from US... they have a superiority complex, they don't care about the indians in Latin America, in fact we all know indians in the US are very racist and elitist and follow a western way of life, what would not qualify them as indians in Latin America. Not to mention that many of them have lots of white blood.

But let's not make it a race issue.

Illegals are terrorist now, just the change of becoming a citizen does not change them from being terrorist. It not a matter of color of skin, it the illegal part. It time that all of Congress starts to look at this as a problem to solve.

It time for a constitutional amendment that states:
Any one illegal in the U.S. is a criminal for coming in illegal, there for they are not entitled to any trial, attorneys, free items (welfare, hospitals, SS. ), nor may they gain citizenship at no time even by birth.
This is simple yet it works,
Also we need to add to it that any employer of an illegal will pay all fees for hospitals, taxes, SS., schools, etc not collected, and that they will also be fined by the day worked harshly, and would also include jail time , and CEOs and presidents of companies will go to jail also.
