i have two half brothers and two half sisters but their mom don't like me.i met them when i 13 am now going on 20.i found my brother on myspace and he accepted me as his friend but when i tried my sister she denied my request.their mom didn't even want me around my own dad when they were together and now he's in jail.i recently came across my dads half sister who know my other sisters and brother but don't know me and i'm the oldest.i've tried to contact my ex-stepmom to talk to her but she hasn't called.i wanna do is get to know my sis and bro's because i don't have any family that i'm close to.do you think it's wrong to try to get in touch with my ex-step mom?

It sounds like these family members have lots of problems & are very selfish. It's too bad that they are hurting you.
Where is your mother in all this?
Maybe just accept that the brother is willing to be a friend & let the women go. They don't sound worth it.

You might want to think about writing her a letter explaining everything then you will be able to say what you need to without being interupeted .And it will give her time to process the info .If she has time to think and does not feel put on the spot you may get an answer you will like. Take things slow with all of them. These are new relationships with little to no history,a great chance to create the relationships you truly desire. Good luck.

appropriate, I even have 2 complete blood siblings, a brother and a sister, and additionally a one million/2 buddy. I think you should try and tell her your purpose. If she continually denies you, then there is something wrong. I hope she gets into her senses to allow communications with you and your half brothers and sisters. Goodluck
