what do you drink when you eat spicy foods and your mouth is "on fire"??

MILK- it is considered a "base" and counteracts the "acid" in spicy foods... it works great!

You can also eat bread, some restaurants give out a sweet cornbread to help with spicy foods.

Do not drink water or soda, that inflames the spice for longer than if you use the above.

I would try a piece of bread and some milk. Eat and drink that then drink some water....also go and use mouthwash and brush your teeth.

Drink milk or eat bread... DO NOT drink water as it will spread the heat more.
