It depends on what kind of editing software you have. If you have Photoshop CS2, you can simply use the "Magic wand" tool to select which area of the photograph you want to copy into another picture. If you are using Microsoft Paint (the one that comes with your computer), use the "Select Tool" (the tool in the top right hand corner of the tools), and select the area of the picture you want to copy. Then press Ctrl C (or go to edit, copy). Then open the picture you want to put it on, and press Ctrl V (or go to edit, paste).

Hi Alyssa Fallaria, I'm Bob, and I am a professional photographer, member in good standing of Professional Photographers of America. My preference is the first image, however your lighting and positioning can be improved. Your light is coming in from the right side of the image and I assume there is a window over there. You would do well to move away from the wall by about 4 feet if you have the space. That will eliminate some of the shadow effect. Turn the body 45 degrees toward the light to help "feather" the light giving more light on one side of the body and less on the other and help to lighten the overall shadows, yet keep the mystery of the shadow. You will of course have to move your camera and tripod that same 45 degrees. You should not use flash on this image as it will wash out the fetus image and you will lose the point of the photograph. A thought...If you have a slide projector digital or film. You could photograph an image of a fetus and project that on the stomach. That would be a brighter light and photograph better. Good luck with your project. Bob
