no you will need to obtain a cypriot visa via the cypriot embassy it cost around £90 pounds i think and it can only be used for a week visit you also have to prove the UK visa as well as the cypriot in Immigration

If you require a UK visa, you will need a separate visa to visit any other country. Unless you are entitled to enter that country without a visa as a national of your home country.

no hun, you need to contact immigration for other travel document allowing you to leave uk and return, also to permit entry into Cyprus. Good Luck

Cyprus is not part of the EU so the Visa would not be valid!
