call me biased but I would say USA, followed by China

The USA has the strongest millitary power in the world, obviously. However, this is a common assumption because of the tendency our country has to be "international policemen"( not that that's a bad thing). There may be other countries with stronger millitaries than ours.

The "strongest" has nothing to do with fire power or the number of men. Any one really familiar with war can tell you the three most important things are, in this order....
1. logistics
2. logistics
and
3. logistics
Sustaining an army, in the field, often on hostile territory is what it's all about. Only one army can do that right now and that's the United States Army.

The United States does, Our millitary technology is as far superior to any western Powers. As far as numbers,. we are not the largest ,. but we are the most technologially advanced, and cause devastation, (conventional ) never before seen and accurately.

Because of the number of advanced military weapons available to their armed forces,it would have to be USA,at least in theory.

Im pretty sure we (The United States) are. Im pretty sure were also the last remaining super power left in the world, but it looks like Russia and China arent that much far behind.
