camel toe, it's not that I'm always looking down there but it's very obvious, I'm not sure if I should ask one of my female managers to ask her to wear looser clothing.

Definitely ask one of the female managers to speak with her. Her clothing isn't just a distraction, it's unprofessional, and it reflects on your company.
If it's in your power, you might also choose to set a dress code that bans tight clothing. When I worked as a Girl Scout camp counsellor, one of the things required of us was to wear clothing that was loose, but not so loose that it would get in our way when working with the girls or pose a hazard at campfires. We didn't question it, we just did it. Don't make the dress code unreasonable, but for the comfort and efficiency of your workers, it may be in order to do so.
