see like my previous questions i asked about the abuse of islam. Many of the people said so much of rubbish about Islam liek wife beating. Islam is the relegion that gives the best of rights to women than any other relegion. Its the jews who are taking away the lands of the palestinians. At the end of the day palestinians are called suicide bombers. Why? just for defending their family and land? where did homosexuality come into Islam. where did marrying 4 year old girls come into Islam. Total rubbish. Prophet Muhammed was only engaged to aysha when she was 10 year old NOT married. Why only Islam? Why the muslims? and im sure atleast one of you will point out about terrorism, even though i meantioned why judge a nation by its people

because it is easier to point out the faults of ignorant people of a nation/religion (terrorists) than the regular people who really show the true image of Islam.
The Muslims who go about there day wishing for peace just like you and me.

Islam gives best rights to women you say? Mukhtar Mai, a Pakistani woman would disagree with you. After she was raped by a gang of muslim men, she was made to feel reviled by her community and in the end the men who raped her were set scot free by an Islamic court. That's equal rights for you. She also says that female children in villages like her own are not taught to read and write.
Now even the poorest Christian nation allows all children the right to learn to read and to write.

OK well are there jewish suicide bombers? No. Defending your family and land doesn't have to involve killing yourself and defenseless other people. Yes Islam does have a bad rap.. Honestly I don't agree with the whole women aren't equal thing. Having to wear a hijab and avoiding eye contact so men aren't tempted? Why don't the men just keep it in their pants? That offends me. But I think that non-muslims judge a group of people, not a nation, because they're not around a lot of normal, regular everyday Muslims. And yes that is stereotyping and it is wrong. I have Muslim friends, and they're perfectly normal.

Well mere assertions do not get you anywhere.
Womens rights in Islam are fewer than for men, they are not that great in many other religions but these days it is only Mulsim countries which are run as theocracies.
Not all Palestinians are called suicide bombers, but the ones that are are.
Islam is intollerant of other views as is Christianity and Hinduism, the difference is that these days no other religion is trying to take over the world (and yes it is the point of Islam).

Well, it is hard to convince others of the good in a religion that is so well known for intolerance and violence.
Why is it that Islam's Holy book the Koran, directs the reader to acknowledge the writings of moses, yet modern Islam proclaims these books have been corrupted?
We all know that manuscripts of these writings that have survived to today, predate the Koran by at least 800 years?
If you could some how clear up at least this one glaring contradiction of Islamic claim, I know I would have deeper respect for your faith.

You are wrong about what you say and things like Mohamed and His marriage to to a girl consummated when 9 years old is history. If Muslims keep changing truth then they won't be believed. As for the terrorists they are currently doing a better job of proving that they are the true Islam by proving it from their writings and teaching it in their schools.

Well, Mulims' Holy Book, the Qu'ran, and their prophet, Mo, allows wife beating, gives rules concerning it and supports killing of unbelievers. Those extremists are devoted to the Qu'ran, as are the majority of Muslims who are silent concerning the violence perpetrated in the name of Islam.
Just as most people judge the US by its constitution, we judge Muslims by the Qu'ran.

Women get whipped in public in muslim countries for "speaking" to a man other than a husband in public. Muslims stone people in public stonings for commiting crimes. The lord jesus christ taught to forgive people for wrongdoings and hopefully God will forgive you for what you do wrong. Muslim countries do not even allow women to vote!!!! For them to be that strict to women when EACH and every muslim person or person period came FROM a woman, and was nurtured BY a woman until they were able to care for themselves, its almost rediculous. I think there are many things about religion that you are not aware of... Take the time to learn before you are so sure about something like that. Remember, Jesus loves you. and died and came back to life "according to his own (omnipotent) will" for your sake!!!

a good question and its simple. they cant condone a nation that is different and are jealous that their nation has no morals. i mean at least you can tell where and what islam. you're all so narrow minded. shame. shame. shame.
