Why can't scientists just clone some of the endangered species? I don't know if this would work though. Does cloning leave any affects?

I'm sorry to tell you that conservation areas aren't just going to let scientists come in and run genitic tests on giant pandas. Many people are against this because creating artificial life is not something we are meant to do. This would make endangered species even more endangered and cause massive riots oranized by animal lovers. Cloning is not always successful either.
