okay so i live on this really quiet road and i mean REALLY QUIET!!! we get about two cars a day + the house owners. is it okay if i bulid a go-kart and use it on the road? if not what does it need to be road legall?

Some think anything is legal as long as you don't get caught. The truth is, a go-kart cannot be made street legal. If you run it, and nobody complains, you will likely not get ticketed. One neighbour gets mad at you, and 10 minutes later there is a police car on your street.

You are not gonna get it legal for the road but if you do build it make sure you put a flag on it...... long flexible pole, fluorescent flag

an inspection sticker and license plates. this means head lights, tail lights and brake lights. this, along with driver license makes you legal
