i want to start taking vitamins,get fit.

I dont have long to get fit for an event which I need to be a lot fitter for.but I have probs with food,vicious cycle.heard vitamins would help.

I take effervescent vitamins, and do an exra supplementation with iron, rotate supplementing the rest. I have a shiny nose and healthy coat too ;)

1 mini-dose aspirin pill daily. It adds a mild anti-clotting effect to the blood and will help prevent heart attacks and stroke.

These are the 81 mg adult-low dose pills. They are enteric coated so they won't irritate the stomach lining - they don't dissolve until they get into the intestines.

Aspirin use like this only makes sense for people who are at elevated risk for heart attacks. People who do not have extra risk factors should not take the aspirin because the aspirin introduces bleeding risk.

I have chronic fatigue syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I find that taking Co Q 10 in soft gel form keeps me from getting severe fatigue attacks. I also find that taking a Multi vitamin every day keeps my energy level on a more even keel.

I take natural vitamins. But every morning I have a smoothie with just strawberries, ice, water and 1 scoop of WHEY protein. I love it, and protein is very good for you.
