I dont intend to offend anyone with this answer, but its the simplest concept I can come up with to answer a question this guy should have learned then answer to in Jr High School.
Evolution takes place over millions of years. Do you have that long to wait? If you do then you will see it eventually.
If not, then you can see evolution everyday. Just open your eyes.
Not to offend anyone, there is a new race of human being alive today that werent here 200 years ago(or at least not many) Who? Simplest terms?
1 white male and one white female = 1 white child
1 black male and 1 black female = 1 black child
Although they are both human beings and both 99.99999999% the same, there are different genes and such that make these two spieces different.
With me so far? Trying to keep this simple so it doesnt sound stupid. This is basic biology here.
So, what happens if you take:
1 black male and 1 white female? You get on racially mixed child. The genes of the white and black mixed creating a different speicies of human. An offshoot of the "family tree", so to speak. This mixed child is also a 99.9999999% match to every other human beings genes but they are slightly different then both the black and white parents.
Then what happens if this child has a child with, oh, lets say, an aisian person. Then you get an entirely new species of human. Still a genetic match but slightly different.
Understand? What that too complicated?
You can see how evolution works everyday. Open your eyes and your mind and look. Its there, you just refuse to see it. To blinded by your religion.

Evolution is pretty much an accepted fact by most of the scientific community, and those who are still sceptical are really just being stubborn. Evolution is not something you can experience in a lifetime or in a few lifetimes, it is something that happens slowly and gradually. And while it has not been enough time TO SEE the results of our constantly evolving planet, evolution is occuring as I write through the simple fact of natural selection. Human evolution is not the only kind of evolution keep in mind, plants, animals, small organisms these all evolve too and it most certain that there are many documented cases of evolution of this kind.

This is just my personal hypothesis: Human has reached the point of being intellectually capable of subverting the nature way of change which actually takes thousand if not million of years into few years of research and development. Let's say I want to be good in numbers. All I need is to undergo some surgical operation and implant a small neuronal chip inside my brain. I want a stronger heart because I am an athlete, then why not an artificial heart capable of heavier workload? I need to fly like a bird, then ride an airplane.
I believe in God and evolution is a way of looking and scrutinizing His work in time-space continuum.

Oh but we have, if you mean we as in us humans and our ancestors. If you go back far enough we were something else.
If you mean we as people though, we are born what we are and stay that way our whole life. The rate at which something evolve can only be concluded after the fact. In a few hundred thousand years our descendants may be different from ourselves, not exist, or be very much the same.
You have a misunderstanding of how evolution works.

Evolution is the process in which a species takes thousands of years to change while adapting to an environment. As modern humans have only been around for a couple million years, we have not evolved much from our current form, save the change in the size of people's jaws and their height. In fact, you will never see the results of evolution unless you were to live a very long life.

Ok if god is real ( yeah right ) why dont we all believe in him.
Evolution takes millions of years to happen you cant expect someone to instantly evolve into something the next day.
You really need to do research in the area of Evolution

We have. We used to look a lot different. And things that have changed since we have been keeping records:
We walk measurably more upright than 2000 years ago.
We have gotten measurably and heritability taller since the 1600s
Our jaw have gotten measurably and heritability smaller since the 1600s
Our little toes have gotten measurably and heritability smaller since the 1600s
It took 4 BILLION years to get this far. There is a fossil record out there you know. By stratification alone, life started simple and got more complex. Here is a chart: http://pubs.usgs.gov/gip/fossils/succession.html
Certain types of fossils appear in certain layers of rocks. That is unarguable.

Species evolve, not individuals. And the process is very slow and very gradual. There's never something "new".
A good place to learn about evolution: http://evolution.berkeley.edu/
A bad place to learn about evolution: watching pokemon.

There is not enough time or space here to explain it to someone who doesn't want to accept reality in the first place.
Try reading a book or two.
