Everyone gets tongue tied with someone they like, it's okay. I met a girl that I will always love and remember for the rest of my life even though we're broken up and that relationship ending so poorly. I wasn't looking in particular for a girlfriend at the time, but of course, i would talk to her and she would flirt back at me. She did this and changed my mind about getting a girlfriend by, well i was a host, and she would leave me notes like "you're sexy" and "kiss me im irish, not really hehe"...at first, I was like "Is this girl for real?", but then it led to more and more flirting and fun until I asked her out of course and we had fun outside the work place.

Never date a person you work with.
Keep them both separate.
Then you may not have to hear It talked
about at work If things don't work out In the relationship.

guys likes a lot to be usefull, to feel very important...ask him to help you with something ( for example: finding a good car, a performing PC ;) )and after- tell him what a good job has he done, praise him...and after that if he will call you, he likes you. If not, don't bother anymore, he's not for you. Good luck and trust youreself ... you're special :)

walk by him a couple of times and see if he looks back at you. maybe write him a note. try talking to him by acting as if he's your friend, maybe you'll be less toung tied.

Ask him what food he likes to eat. Whatever it is (as long as you're not allergic to it) say its your favorite also and ask him if he'd like to catch a bite after work.
