Or, yep, yours sounds good! Can I have Bailey's ice cream if you've swiped the vanilla? ;)
Or maybe I could tempt you with some real chocolate mousse, made with top quality chocolate melted and then gently combined with whipped cream (poss with a touch of rum)...?

Anything with chocolate in it...
Here's a quick choccie dessert to fix that craving:
Mix 1tbsp cornflour with a little milk (from 1/2 pt) to make a paste.
Add 1tbsp cocoa powder and mix in well.
Add the rest of the milk, mix thoroughly
Microwave, stirring regularly til you get a lovely thick choccie custard. Add sugar to taste.
Lovely over a plain sponge...or just on its own.

Mine is half chocolate cake with chocolate frosting on top and the other half mint chocolate chip ice cream. Yum.

mine is vanilla ice cream with a chocolate carmel cake in the middle another scoop of vanilla icecream and hot fudge cake and hot fudge .omg aaaaahhhhh i want some!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine is a square of Choclate chip cookie, 2 scoops of vinnilia ice cream on top, choclate syrup on top of that, then at last Little chunks of Choclate chip cookie dough!!
