How do i calculate the numbers on the screen of my DVD Player in to actual hours, minutes, and seconds?

For eg. What would these numbers be in actual hours, minutes, and seconds? 382:29:20

Sorry. These numbers make no sense.

It is impossible for a DVD movie to be more than about 3 hours long (180 min), so there is no way knowing what 382 is.

The display should show hours:min:sec, so maybe that circuit is busted.
