Your personal universe is created by you.
That's what matters right now.

This is an insightful question.
In the field of Philosophy there is a term called the "Anthropic principle", which suggests that the Universe Exists Because We Are Here to Observe It.
There is a "weak" and a "strong" interpretation of this idea. The strong interpretation points out the myriad of physical laws of nature that, if changed only a teensy bit, would prevent life from forming anywhere at all.
Things like gravity. If if were any stronger it would crush life, any weaker and planets wouldn't form.
The laws of physics all seem to be "fine-tuned" in such a way that makes the Universe friendly to the existence of life.
Some philosophers and other egghead-types hypothesize that we may have it all backwards. We Don't exist because the Universe is "Just Right", rather the Universe is "Just Right" because we exist.
How this is different from saying God created the Universe, I'm not sure.
here's a quote and below is a link to a source.
"...Observers are necessary to bring the Universe into being." Barrow and Tipler believe that this can be validly inferred from quantum mechanics." -Wikipedia's entry on the subject.

Is the universe man made what? You don't seem to have finished your question. OK, joke over. I agree with Sunman.
As for the Universe, we know the answer to that. The Universe made us because we are merely little pinches of matter that walk around, imagining for a while before we get squished back into the Earth. Which is a little pinch of matter etc...
Get the picture?
Edit. As for Anthropic principle, that sounds like we're back to the 'If a tree falls in the forest but there is no-one there to hear it..' koan.
So we return to, are we talking philosophy, science or metaphysics?

No. But that doesn't mean it is "god made" either. And even if it is "god made", that doesn't mean that Jehovah, the God of the Bible, is the god that made the universe.
I am constantly amazed that Christians can think that "the universe exists, ergo the Bible is true" or that "The Bible says it is the word of the one true god, therefore there is a one true god, and the Bible is his word", or that "atheists don't know how the universe came to exist, therefore they are wrong."
The Bible makes much more sense when you see it as viral myth.
So where did the universe come from? The only answer is "we don't know." That is the only honest answer than anyone can give.

WO. We know for sure how it was made and anyone who says otherwise is an idiot. uh-huh. A month and a half ago we lost the entire theory of planetary develpement and are at step 0 in the developement of a new one; but we know this thing for sure.
I doubt the universe is man made, but I'd like to hear how the theory works.

Well according to what I read yesterday about scientists growing universes, you never know. If mortal man can do it, why couldn't a super being already do it. Maybe "Satan" grew our universe, and placed himself as "God" within it. Just food for thought.

How could it be.. Have you made any planets lately?? We do not have the intelligence to be able to make something so complex and sustain it for 7,000 years ...Only God could do a thing like that..

"Why would desire to a Christian have faith evolution is fake?" there is not any reason Christians, or everyone else, would desire to deny what's of course actual. each and all of the extra advantageous denominations of Christianity have everyday that evolution is the terrific medical clarification for the divergent trend of life on the planet. "Jesus Christ reported to the Pharisees whilst they have been asking approximately divorce this is declared from the beginning up He made them guy and lady" "lady and male" refers back to the genders, not that there grew to become into purely one male and one lady. "in case you have faith in evolution you doubt the ability of God all issues are plausible with God" incorrect! in case you have faith that each and one and all issues are plausible with God, then which skill you have faith God would have created with or with the aid of evolution. you are the only that denies the ability of God, for the reason which you declare that God would desire to not have created with or with the aid of evolution. How ironic.
