Try going to t.j maxx. I used to work there and they'd have good deals on the luggages. Look at the retail prices and decide on which luggage is cheap and good enough for you.

This is a combination on-line and off-line answer:
On-line -- In addition to e-bags.com, you can try a site such as Overstock.com, they seem to have some good deals as well.
Offline -- I was at Sears today (traveling next Saturday - no time to order on-line) and they seemed to have some good deals there though I have not bought yet.
