Carmen tells everyone she doesnt like the other girl and if i were her i wouldnt like her either because they are alwyas giving eachother attitude. I cant choose sides. But both of them think I'm ditching them for the other perosn. SHould i risk losing a friend or two?

Well all you ahve to do is make them choose your friendship. Tell them that if they want your firndship they will have to get along or not worry who your friends are or you will lose two friends. Because why should you listen to someone tell you who you should be friends with. So it's up to you to tell them to grow up and get over it or lose them. Sounds like a couple of kids fighting to get a lollipop.

Don't make a choice. Tell them "look, if you think the other is giving you attitude, you ain't seen nothin yet. Both of you grow the F up, THEN come and talk to me."

You can be friends to both gals but if that becomes a problem for one of them, then so be it. When you're with one, don't talk about the other one. If the one you're with, starts putting the other gal down in your presence, just simply say, she's my friend & please don't talk about her. They'll both get the message.
