short, practical saying about friends?

hey there
i'm making a little scrapbook for one of my old friends from bacj when we were in highschool
the trouble is i need a short, yet meaningful thing to say about friendship. something that will make you smile, or think, but nothing sad. and let's keep it simple, not too many words, not too difficult, i don't want her to think i've become a stuck-up young woman (as in b**** :D ) or something ;)

so, what do you think?
