If one person has a lot of debts with credit cards, has no job and no assets in the US, but transfer money using you checking account to an overseas account and later closes all the bank accounts in the US.

Will the credit cards company know this person transfered money to an overseas account?

Can they go after this bank account overseas and try to freeze it and screw up you credit in other country as well?

If they have a court order and if the overseas bank respects and follows US laws then yes they can otherwise no they cannot touch your money.
