You can ask 100 different people what their meaning of love is, and get 100 different answers, so this is a hard question.
Eyes and smile usually work great for me! You can just tell in a girl if she is in to you, or alive on the inside by the sparkle in her eyes. If she is looking through you or the eyes seem quiet, then there is probably not much hope in anything long term. Think about how you show someone you are interested without ever speaking...eye contact. The eyes hold all the power in the world.
Personality will always rule out though. Looks come and go, but personality sticks with you forever.
Voices can be attractive too.
Remember, these are all very vague, because it all depends on the person as to what they want. Body type is included in that. Some want the size 0, some want size 20.

Intelligible woman - Ones in which you can have a great conversation.. and she can keep up with you, and you can keep up with her, thats always important, personally, i dont want someone who doesnt know what the hell im talking about half the time. Thats annoying.
Humorous woman- Ones who love to laugh..
These two aspects can make up for beauty, especially if the guy gets really attracted to the person.
Although as a side not, a beautiful girl, with the other two bonuses is heaven!

I love a girl thats funny. I love a girl thats smart, and willing to share her mind.
Physically, i like girls with beautifal eyes. I like a smaller girl.
