Thats what this girl told me,, i wanted her to be my girlfriend but she told me this.. She likes clubbing, going to concerts, and hanging out with musicians, should i just have fun with her?
we talk for about 4 hours on the phone every weekend, I know she likes me alot, how do i get her to myself?

You respect her wishes and give her the space she asks for. She is obviously not ready to totally commit to you because she is having fun with her life right now and feels that if she is completely with you and committed to you she will not be able to do what she is now. When you think about it, that is a very good thing that she told you that because that means that when she ready, she will be a very committed person to you. Continue to have fun with her like you are, show her you're not going to pressure her or be "clingy" (cause that is really annoying) and she will appreciate you even more for it.

She told she didn't want to be exclusive with you. Have fun with it and do the same thing to her. This will either motivate her to be just with you or dump you and continue to play the field.

Dude give it up. Have some respect for yourself. In other words, she like you and gets what she wants when she wants. BUT as soon as she finds something better you're history. Do yourself a favor and don't get to attached.
