Are you talking about an online casino?

If so, the site may be legit, but it's in a foreign country, therefore the money will take a bit longer to reach you.

A friend recently requested money from his account with a British gambling site. Took almost 3 weeks. I don't have all the details, but he says the money traveled from a German bank to a British bank to a New York bank before reaching him. Sorry I don't know any more than this. I just know he got his money, but it was a long and "scary" wait for him.

ACH or Automatic Clearing House transactions should not take more than one business day; they are electronic. As soon as they are completed by the originating computer, the transaction should be completed within a coupld of hours. I would call the casino and complain if you are expecting winnings.

If they are taking money from your account and you want to dispute the charge, you only have 60 days to do so with your bank. (I added this because you said withdrawal and then ask about receiving money. I'm not quite sure what you are asking.)

That is why I don't gamble online because there is no telling how long it would take to get your monies. Try to contact them and explain to them that you haven't got your cash. Sorry, it happen to you.
