Wise King Solomon spoke of 28 different things, each of which has its “appointed time.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8) An understanding of the meaning and implications of what Solomon said will help us to determine the right time and the wrong time for certain actions, as viewed by God. (Hebrews 5:14) That, in turn, will allow us to pattern our lives accordingly.

Just as the seasons and time to plant are ordered by God's will, so are our lives...

Ecc 3:11 He has made everything beautiful in His time; also He has set eternity in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God makes from the beginning to the end.
Ecc 3:12 I know that there is no good in them, but to rejoice and to do good in his life.
Ecc 3:13 And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labor, it is the gift of God.

Act 17:26 And He has made all nations of men of one blood to dwell on all the face of the earth, ordaining fore-appointed seasons and boundaries of their dwelling,
Act 17:27 to seek the Lord, if perhaps they might feel after Him and find Him, though indeed He is not far from each one of us.

It's rather self explanatory.
To everything there is a time. A time for relationships, a time for that relationship to end.
A time to look for a job, a time to stay put.
A time of happiness and one of sorrow.
