i have known her for years but we dont really talk in school
that much so what should i say to get her to like me?

Hi Matt. Try something simple like, "Hi, (her name here). How are you . I was thinking maybe we could go somewhere and get a soda (or coffee, or whatever she drinks). Then while you are doing that, sit on the same side of the table with her. Maybe reach over and take her hand. Then just tell her and see how she reacts. She may have the same feelings toward you. If not, just be satisfied too be her friend.

You can't get her to like you. She either likes you or she doesn't, but to find out if she likes you, you have to ask her.
