What is a good way to introduce myself to my new next door neighbors?

I mean besides telling them my name and i'm their neighbor what else should I say?

bring something to them. preferably food and then tell them that you live next door and if that they need anything they shouldn't hesitate and sk for your help.

in addition to introducing yourself, ask them where they are from, let them know how long you've lived there so if they want to know where the good places to eat and shop are..you have some great suggestions.
