Tell your ex that you are no longer together. Make it clear that you don't want to get back together and that you want him to stop bothering you.

it obviously wasn't a mutual split, it doesn't seem that he wants to let go or break up...you have two choices, get back with him or simply and firmly tell him that you do not want any more flowers or mail and you want him to move on as you are going to do and then mean it...if that means sending all of the flowers back then do so

I don't think he's over you. If he continues to bug you, tell him nice but firmly that you don't want any contact with him. Explain to him that no contact would help him as well. If he can't take the hint after that, you will have to be mean and nasty about it. I hope it does not go that far.

yeah, that's a tough call. I would say no contact at all with him. If you have no desire to get back with him, I guess that's the best way. If it was mutual, he might of just been giving you what he thought you really wanted.

Keep doing what you are doing...don't open/answer email (block him), don't answer his calls (block his number), return snail-mail unopened, don't accept gifts, and if he tries to contact you in person let him know he's risking a restraining order and/or charges of stalking...
