A love bite is no more than a common hickey. A juvenile attempt to mark a person. Most imply lack of control but it is done on purpose. when I was a kid , girls talked more about how to get rid of them . I remember girls combing them out and even buying bruise salve. In the 1800s it is written that women would have them in secret places and look at them in a mirror to relive the experience. Today they are usually found on the neck.

Lovebite's are sexy! Gently suck an area of the skin for bout 20 seconds. You'll see a red mark immediately and a real bruise a while later.This will cause bloodvessels to burst under the skin. It doesn't really hurt and heals within couple of days. To be extra sexy; don't do it in an obvious place ike the neck - it's looks slutty. Rather choose somewhere that's not exposed, like on the chest. Ps: DON"T bite!

First of all yuck,
That is when you suck and put your teeth in to someones skin, so that it looks like a bruise. Why would you want to bruise someone, it can hurt, by the way. I would also never let anyone do that to me.
I don't see anything loving in a love bite.

A love bite is basically when you suck on someones neck or wherever until you leave a mark. Someone told me it was like a minor blood clot, but whatever. The longer you suck, the longer it lasts i guess.

A love bite is a mark from sucking your lover aka a hickey.
The harder you suck/the longer the darker the hickey will be and it will last about a week.

you have to open your mouth as wide as you can, and grab hold of a chunk of the persons skin, and suck like mad, suck like theres no tomorrow, suck really really hard, a love bite is actually a kinda bruise , so keep sucking till you cant suck no more, then take your mouth away, and there should be a really big dark love bite!

It just happens in the intensity of making love or kissing. I didn't even realize it was there until much later. I heard it's the same for others too.
They haven't lasted more than a month for me.

just suck really hard with your lips and bite it kinda gently a few times.. they last long on the neck or stomach.. and the harder you suck, and the longer you do it for.. the longer they will last.
