Ok, so one day Bush goes to the UK to visit Queen Elizabeth. He asks her "How do you have such a good government? Everything in the US is chaos!"
"Well," she replied "I seperate the dumb from the intelligent by giving them riddles. Mr. Blair, please come in!
"Here is your riddle: Your parents have a child, it is not your brother, nor you sister. Who is it?"
"Well thats easy! Its me!" said Tony Blair
"Good job" said Queen Elizabeth
So Bush goes back to the USA and send in Mr. Cheney. He asks him the same riddle. He responds:
"I don't know. Lemme think about it."
He asks all the advisors but they don't know the answer. So finally, he goes to the mens room where he finds Colin Powell and asks him the riddle. Colin replies:
"Thats easy! It me!!"
"Thanks a bunch Colin!"
So Mr. Cheney goes back to the Oval Office and tells Bush:
"I found the answer to your riddle!! Its Colin Powell."
"No you idiot! Its Tony Blair." replies Bush.
Thats is America.
