No I do not like it at all, It just made all of the cars look the same . If they were all in primer and no number or name plate , they would be all the same looking cars running around . If I wanted to watch IROC I would wait till they get a sponser and start racing those cars again.Plus Nascar did this Really to give Toyota an advantage cause they could not do anything with thier other cars so far and nascar is worried that they will Lose the Almighty Dollars that Toyota will be spending to try and buy thier way to a Championship. I say let toyota go and Race with Themselves and put the regular cars back on the track. Cause look at it this way this is suppose to resemble cars we buy in the showroom, Show Me were you can buy a Impala SS, Aveger, Fusion, or Camary with a wing like that or a Splitter like they call it, on the cars from the factory YOU CAN NOT DO THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So Nascar wise up before you chase away all of your Loyal Fans

Safer???? What a screwed up excuse to tell the fans. How many people have been seriously hurt in Nascar since Sr. died??? They have made huge safety improvements in the last 5years. The only reason they introduced a new body style was for Toyota to be able to start on an even field so that Nascar could get more money from them. Had they not brought in a new body Toyota would still be sitting on the sidelines watching.

Agree, the wing takes alot of getting use to,but the safety factor is important.I watched the race and enjoyed it for the most part.
The front splitter looks to be a weapon in the wrong hands?Cause of some of the tire problems?
It will be intresting to see on the restrictor plate tracks.
That's all I have to say about that.

The COT is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. This is the Francis Family looking for just one more way to line their pockets with more money because if you want to race you have to buy the car from NASCAR. There is no more individuality. NASCAR has truly taken a step backwards.

No. The whole idea of Nascar is that they look like Stock Cars, not Race Cars. If I want to see a crapload of wings, I'd watch that F-1 and Indy crap.

The cars for the last few years have been identical except for engines and alittle bit of sheet metal, so it doesn't matter much.
Nascar hasn't been right since they allowed the chassis changes in 1967.

i think it will help even out the competition. i also agree with DW, it is the car of yesterday. ALL THE BETTER, its back to real racing on the track, not racing the technology!

I think we need to see it at more tracks.I just hope it makes all the teams more even. The looks dont matter because the cars are not even close to being stock any more anyway.

Just another nail in the coffin of a once great motorsport. Innovation is developed, not implemented and sanctioned.
