I'm writing an article and need statistics, I need to know which one dates outside their race more and by how much. It doesn't just mean white/black relationships but white/Asian, White/Hispanic, White/Muxed, White/Native American, relationships also. I asked before and didn't get the answers I wanted, everyone asked why it was important or just gave their opinion which is what I don't want. I just need the answer from a valid source.

Pardon... that is wrong man, you don't know ****. I think it depends on the area really, I grew up in the south, and it was rare for either sex to date interracially where I came from. But I never had a problem with it either way. I know in some of the cities I've lived in it was a lot more common, I think it's more common with black men than anyone... but that includes more than just white women...

You got 4 answers in 23 hours. None of them cited a source or really read your question. If you ask again in Family & Relationships you might get 20 - 30 answers, of which one or two might cite a source.

I don't know of any dating statistics. You might be able to extrapolate from marriage statistics, if you could find a large, credible data base of marriages with the race of both bride and groom.

It will vary by state and nation. Hawaii, in the USA, has the most inter-racial marriages per capita. I don't know which has the lowest. I'd suspect one in the deep south or Utah.

Best of luck!
