The girls that wear clothes like just want attention, and when you give it to them they make a big deal out of it for more attention.
They really dont have the right to get angry about it.

i am not one of those girls but if they dont want a guy looking they shouldnt wear it. also girls hate it if you stare too long. glance, read, laugh if its funny, and walk away or look into her eyes now. eye contact is extremely good.
