I am interested in purchasing Windows Vista but I have not seen it on one computer as of yet. Please give me your honest opinion. I have WinXP Professional now for my home business. Should I upgrade to Windows Vista? I like to keep up with my customers.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Have a wonderful week.
Thank you in advance for your answers

don't get it. not at least until the first service pack comes out for it. it is way too expensive and offers little improvement over functionality of xp pro. i use xp pro and will not upgrade for a while.

Vista is just full of surprises. Oops! I meant roadblocks. There was a user on here today saying that he couldn't install a piece of software because, even though he was logged on as an Administrator, he didn't have administrative rights. If you don't have a large library of computer tricks up your sleeve, you are not going to like Vista at all.

I have windows Vista and honstly there aren't a lot of programs that work on it yet, it's a pain in the *** I'd wait until you HAVE to upgrade. to me i wasted extra money, the graphics and stuff are for gamers and I'm not a hard core gamer so it waasn't worth it to me.
