Seems like a toss-up. Moses could split whatever sea Aquaman happened to be swimming in, but then AQ would just send a whale jumping out to land smack down unto ol' Moz. SPLAT!

Detail 1: Even if Moses avoided the plummeting whale, AQ would then call up a huge flock of seagulls to pick him apart (remember he has the ability to control all sealife). A flock of seagulls can be quite nasty (the actual birds OR the 80's new wave band!)

Aquaman can do more than manipulate sea life. He doesn't even talk to fish, fish's brains aren't complex enough to have conversations, so he gives them gentle brain nudge things. He can control and manipulate water, has super strength, durability and his skin can withstand bullets due to years in the extreme pressures of the deep sea.
With all that being said Aquaman would win.

Mosses for sure. He could part the red sea so that he is far enough away from the whale. Also, he has god on his on his side as back up. If aquaman can use a whale, mosses can use god, the dude. Sorry about punctuation can't be arsed

Yeah but Moses would have to know where to split the sea, and he has no special AquaMan locator abilities. My money is on AquaMan!
