There is a realy cute guy in my math class who use to talk to me all the time. But after a while they move me from seats and now he does talk to me like he use to but he sees me b4 class and after and during lunch. But the only reason he ses me is b/c he tries to be around were i am but does he like me or just wanna be friends? should i ask him ? some advice will be nice

Don't ask him if he likes you, but perhaps you could ask him to hang out.

You shouldn't ask him so bluntly if he likes you upfront. If he doesn't, then you'll be embarassed, and if he does, he might be too shy to say so. Try to keep that phrase away until you get to know him better.
And as for the changing seats. Try to talk to him instead of just seeing him before class. Start a conversation like you used to talk? A good starter might be "could you help me on this one problem i didn't understand".

its seems that it is possible that he likes you. "Just friends" dont make time to you see or try hard to be where he knows you will be. If you want to ask him, then do so. Either he says yes or no and either way, you dont have to play those silly love games.

Unless you're real shy, go ahaid and ask him, it sometimes takes the women to make the first move. It's no big deal, go for it!

lol just keep talking. When the time is right, he would make his move to show you he likes you or not. (hint hint: usually shy guys makes their moves when ur alone with him ;)

if you're bold, then ask him
if you're not a risk taker then just flirt with him more until he tell you himself

ask him out, then if he says no, ask if he jsut wants to be friends
