you dont need a loan (bad idea anyway), for you would qualify for SO MUCH.

there are government loans & grants, and then there are private loans & scholarships... i dont know your interests, or needs, so i will just post what i have found online on ALL of them.

FIRST, contact your finantial aid dept at the college you want to attend and apply for government grants. i know this list is a lot, but take your time and pick through them... all of them. its worth it.

remember to pass on what you are able to find (and where) to other single parents, so they have help with their schooling also.

No but a lot of social service agencies have resources on trade and vocational programs to encourage young mothers to get into so that it helps them transition themselves into the workforce and off welfare. You can apply for FAFSA if you go to a junior college for school.

I believe in looking for multiple solutions to solve a problem. Here is one tip. There is a program that works with local grocery stores. You register your grocery card with their website and a portion of all the purchases go to paying for college.
