It means he is not ready for a relationship WITH YOU. But if "miss perfect" came along that same day you can bet he would be ready for a relationship with her... Get it?

I think it means it's time for you to move on. He is trying to tell you that he doesn't want to be with you. He is trying to let you down gently. But I thiink it would be better if he would just come right out and say it. I think you should start looking for someone who appreciates you.
