I was at a track meet and i got sunburned pretty bad. Its been less than a day and im peeling already but I was just wondering if there was anything I could do to lessen the appearance of the sunburn because our track uniforms left a really weird mark all over me. I would appreciate any suggestions you have!

get one of your parents to help you dab chilled canned milk on any areas sunburned and let it dry . it will feel sticky and gross and as it drys your skin will feel like it is shrinking but this is just the milk drawing the heat out of your skin. After it drys take a cool shower and wash gently so as not to cause more damage.
Blot dry don't rub or it will hurt and apply a aloe gel. It will take a day or so for the redness to go away. Try to avoid anymore exposure to the burnt areas until they are healed and use a higher spf sunscreen next time you are out in the sun

you need to moisturize then you will stop too much damage to your skin. GO back into the sun and it will help even up your marks or go to a sunbed centre and cover up the bits you dont want to tan.
Try an airbrush tan or a self-tanning system to cover up the worst bits.
