im middle eastern n i hav normal skin color, but over the summer i play outside ALOT. n i dont want to get really dark. will sunscreen spf 45 prevent me from getting dark or do i need to get a lower level like spf 30?

if you want...there is spf50-55 in "babyblock". I am a redhead and use this. The lower spf means LESS protection as well. So 45 is better than a 30. SPF means sun protection factor and 45 is: 45 times greater protection than normal skin.

You will need SPF 50 or higher to prevent your skin from getting darker.

45 is great. Make sure it is waterproof.
