Perfect age, in fact many are making law enforcement a career as late as 39.

You're at a prime age to join. As long as you are able to mentally and physically be able to do the job, then your age isn't really an issues (other than the 21 minimum age requirement). I'd suggest getting in as soon as you can, because depending on the department you work for, you can be retired by the time you turn anywhere from 40 to 55 (if you shoose to do it after 20,25, or 30 years on).

25 isn't too old. A person who's 22 can get hired, even at age 30, 40 someone could be applying for a policing job. If you can do what they ask you to, age isn't important to them.

I would say 29 would be a good age. You don't want to be squirmy or anything like some of those real young cops are. Mentally I think being to young like 25 could get you killed.

25 Is a great age to join because you are still young and fit.
