Do native americans get special priviledges when traveling to europe?? Since europeans have been flocking to the americas since Columbus time.
Don't you think native americans should be allowed to travel to europe without the requirement of a passport??

Yes Natives need passports. They are not completely soveriegn and are subject to the laws of the rest of American citizens (for the most part).
But I think your question was more about shouldn't Natives get this priveledge. And I agree with you, they should. However, I don't really think this will solve any problems. What really needs to happen is the government needs to uphold treaty rights. Then we will be fine. Nice argument you posed though.

Why should you be entitled to something that other Americans are not entitled to?
I went to college in an area in Northern Arizona, where there was a very large Native American population there, and they mostly told me that they wanted to be seen as equal in the eyes of every other American as well. No argument here, or problem with that either.
Now you're proposing that you get leeway simply because you're Native American. Kinda counter productive in my opinion.
Got the amazing opportunity to talk to some Navajo Code Talkers from WWII while in College when they came and had a huge parade (there's a huge monument on my college's campus dedicated to them). Got to talk to them about everything from the war, to modern day issues. You would have liked what they had to say. None of it would compute with your suggestion.

Nobody can travel without a passport,never could,with the exception of immigrants coming to America,and Illegal aliens and Terrorist coming across the borders.

YES= if you leave our country or return. Washington in the NW. has come up with a new passport a strip on the back of your drivers license. Save alot of paperwork and hassle.

Yes, dear, they need passports. However, with an Indian registration number, they do not need hunting or fishing permits in the US, nor are they bound by hunting and fishing limits or seasons.

Um...why? I thought passports had to do with security of the country you are entering...so it would not make sense if all travelers would not have to have it...

o.ok.I agree, Europeans frequently English and French did wreck the community American way of life. So might it no longer follow that the yankee human beings might desire to reinstate the community American way of life? the community individuals do no longer stay in England and France.

no sorry we dont have a special privalidge(sp?). ={ we still need pass ports cuz we r ctizens of the US and we need to be followed like every other american
