My advice is try not to go back into that relationship.
I don't know how old you are but don't take everything so literally. As you get older you'll realize how stupid "taking a break" really is. Sometimes it means they want to break up but they were just trying to be nice. Move on as best you can.
Your friends drunken phone calls should serve as a sign for you. YOUR FRIENDS think she sucks because she broke up with you and left you broken hearted. Listen to your friends occassionally. If your friends are hurting for you, you should hurt for you too!!

Well your g/f said she wanted to take a break from the relationship that doesn't sound so good right there anyway. Your friend shouldn't of called her up drunk if he had something to say he should of did it sober instead of letting the alcohol talk. And the line she used I have so much going on in my life is the oldest line in the book. And your friend was up holding you really. I would let her go anyway and thank the friend. If she really liked you and loved you she would of held on to you instead of sayen I just got much goin on right now. Good Luck and next time keep the phone away from your friend

You should have told him not to get involved. Drunken phone calls can do a lot but one can forgive but never forget. If she loves you she'll come back.

She is going to be mad because you told 'her buissiness " to other people. The drunken phone call didnt help.Maybe if you and your friends would stay sober, you might think things thru before doing something foolish that you cannot undo?

Drunken phone calls just say what you were really thinking and couldn't say sober.

Yes they do! But if you didn't do it, guess you have a chance! Talk to her and tell her you didn't have anything to do with it! If she trusts you she'll be okay, but she'll probably be quite pissed in the beginning.. And yeah, it is something we should laugh off, but we never do!

If you (and she) are college age or younger you may be ok. If you're, like, 25 or older, you're history.
