Phone the Incorporated Society of Musicians in London. There is a whole raft of well qualified teachers who belong. Also agree with trying Birmingham Conservatoire.

Contact birmingham conservetoire. They have singing conferences there - my Mum is a singing teacher and goes there; they'll have the contact details of lots of private teachers. I'd recommend my Mum but she lives in Suffolk. Hope this helps!
